Thermic Fluid Air Pre Heater is extended surface type heat-exchanger which is most widely used to heat the air where steam is not available as heating media or steam saturation temperature is not sufficient to heat the air above the saturation temperature of the steam. Normally thermic fluid is used as a fluid heating medium.
It is used in chemical industries, starch mills, sugar mills, steel plants for drying chemicals and intermediates. |
