Air Cooled Heat Exchanger |

Air Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE)are used in industrial application where water is scarce. As atmospheric air is used for cooling, the problems-both economical and operational-due to water circuits, pumping, cooling and conditioning systems are done away with. Air is sucked or forced across finned tube bundles in Induced Draft and Forced Draft configurations respectively. ACHE is widely used Jacket water cooling of Gas engines and turbines, Steam condensation, Cooling and condensing of hydrocarbon gases and vapors, Oil cooling etc.
Design and construction takes care of the pressure, temperature, corrossivity, fouling, viscous and cleanliness factors of application.
Fin tube attachment in "L", "LL", "KL" and "G" types reducing bond resistance to heat flow.
Depending on temperature, viscosity and cleanliness, various types of headers viz. Removable cover plate, Removable bonnet cover, Plug header and Manifold available.
Suitable structure designed to withstand seismic and wind loads.
